Vibro Purifier

This purifier is designed for the clearing and classification of semolina, ensuring a more efficient process in flour and semolina mills that work with hard wheat varieties. At the inlet, the product flow is calibrated, and with the help of a shutter, the material is evenly spread across the sieves. Brushes continuously keep the sieve meshes clean, maintaining smooth operation. The machine is equipped with two vibro motors mounted on the body, which operate in opposite directions to enhance performance. The sieve cases are made of durable aluminum, while the covers are designed for easy opening, making the assembly and replacement of sieves both simple and practical. With its maximum capacity and straightforward cleaning system, the purifier offers reliability and efficiency in milling operations.
